Please read below carefully.

All courses expire one year from their original purchase date.

Any purchases made on single treatments can be held on the persons account for one year from the purchase date.

Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Courses cannot be transferred to another person without the approval of the business who have the right to refuse.

Refunds on products cannot be accepted if the product has already been opened and can only be returned up to a maximum of 14 days.

We do not accept refunds on treatments or courses unless there is a medical reason.

Complaints Procedure

At Skin+IQ Clinic we pride ourselves in delivering outstanding professional customer service to all our clients. We treat all our clients with the utmost care, compassion, and respect, however there may be times when the service that you have received does not meet the high standards that we aim to deliver.

Should this happen, the most effective way to resolve any concern is by letting the Clinic Manager or Practitioner know immediately after the service or treatment that you have received. I just had my first Morpheus 8 treatment last week and I want to send a big thanks to my wonderful Nurse Ida! She has amazing knowledge and was explaining everything and calming me down. After having numbing cream on for around an hour the treatment was completely bearable. The redness was almost gone by the evening and no noticeable swelling. Some dry patches on my neck for a few days but otherwise no downtime for me. A week after my treatment I can already feel a bit more tightening of my jowls I can’t wait for my next treatment and the final results!
