The Frax 1550 treatment is designed to help clients who have scarring or skin resurfacing concerns. It is a non-ablative laser treatment which has minimal side effects or downtime following the treatment.
The Frax 1550 works by heating the dermal layers of the skin in a controlled safe method using laser. The heat then spreads down and causes collagen fibres to regenerate and become stimulated so that then new cells are formed in the areas of concern.
Q. Is the treatment painful?
A. For maximum comfort levels your therapist will apply a topic anaesthetic to the skin and a cooling air is also spread across the skin to help make with help with any discomfort.
Q. How many sessions do I need?
A. We recommend a course of 3-6 for maximum results.
Q. Can anyone have this treatment?
A. Frax 1550 is suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types 1-4
Q. What does this treatment target?
A. Acne scars, large pores, dull & uneven complexion, fine lines and wrinkles & mild pigmentation.
Q. Is there downtime?
A. Yes, we say usual a minimum of 48hours downtime following this treatment.

I just had my first Morpheus 8 treatment last week and I want to send a big thanks to my wonderful Nurse Ida! She has amazing knowledge and was explaining everything and calming me down. After having numbing cream on for around an hour the treatment was completely bearable. The redness was almost gone by the evening and no noticeable swelling. Some dry patches on my neck for a few days but otherwise no downtime for me. A week after my treatment I can already feel a bit more tightening of my jowls I can’t wait for my next treatment and the final results!
